ReLifeBio Co., Ltd. (“ReLifeBio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly address any related complaints.
○ This Privacy Policy has been effective since January 1, 2022.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
ReLifeBio processes personal information for the following purposes.
Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use is changed, ReLifeBio will obtain separate consent and take necessary measures in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. ReLifeBio processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period stipulated by applicable laws or agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection.

Article 3 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)

② Such rights may be exercised in writing, via email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and ReLifeBio will take action without delay.
③ Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, a power of attorney in the prescribed form must be submitted.
④ Requests for access or suspension of processing may be restricted pursuant to Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Requests for correction or deletion may not be accepted if the relevant personal information is required to be collected under other applicable laws.
⑥ ReLifeBio verifies whether the requester is the data subject or a duly authorized representative.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)
① ReLifeBio destroys personal information without delay once the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been fulfilled.

1. Procedure:
Personal information subject to destruction is selected, approved by the Privacy Officer, and then destroyed.
2. Method:
Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent recovery.
Printed documents are shredded or incinerated.
Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
ReLifeBio takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
1. Minimization and Training of Personnel
Access to personal information is limited to designated personnel, who receive regular training.
2. Establishment and Implementation of Internal Management Plans
Internal policies are established and enforced for safe processing of personal information.
3. Encryption of Personal Information
Sensitive information is encrypted during storage and transmission, and additional security measures are applied as necessary.
4. Access Control
Access rights to personal information systems are strictly managed, and intrusion prevention systems are used to block unauthorized external access.

ReLifeBio does not use cookies or other automatic data collection mechanisms.
